The Centre for Studies of Translation, Interpreting and Cognition (CSTIC) is pleased to announce the Call for Paper for the 2nd International Conference on Cognitive Research on Translation and Interpreting, to be held on 5-6 November 2015 at University of Macau, Macau SAR, China. This conference provides an international forum for the presentation and discussion of up-to-date research on translation, interpretation and cognition.

Conference Themes
We are now inviting proposals for paper presentations, addressing the topic through (but not limited to) one of the following themes:
- Conceptualizing process studies in Translation Studies
- Psycholinguistics in translation/interpreting as bilingual processing
- Cognitive linguistics in translation/interpreting as bilingual processing
- Cognitive processes of translation
- Cognitive processes of interpreting
- Cognition and translator training
- Bilingual processing and language education
- Research methods in the cognitive translation/interpreting studies
- Corpus application in bilingual processing studies
- Tools for the cognitive study of translation/interpreting processes
Language of Conference and Publication: English
Publication
A selection of the research papers will be published as a book following the conference.
Registration Fee
All participants will pay a registration fee of US$125 (亦可以人民幣支付, RMB 800元)

Submission and Acceptance of Abstract
Those who are interested making a presentation at the conference should complete the Information Form (as attached) and return by 30 May 2015 (deadline extended) to Mr. Jordan Xiaodong Liu:
